Thomas Venugopal lives in Stuttgart and has spent the last 30 years working with the web on every layer except the one classically called "development." He isn't a trained programmer. What drives him is something different. He likes solving problems that get in his way, and he likes reducing complexity until it feels like the obvious thing.

That mindset is where API Mapper came from. It's the tool he always wished existed. A bridge between any REST or GraphQL API and YOOtheme Pro: OAuth handled, multiple endpoints merged, filters and transforms applied, and at the end a native Source the Builder treats like any other. Exactly the gap usual Sources don't cover, like custom CRMs, niche booking systems, regional weather providers, in-house product databases, Notion, Google or Instagram.

In his talk, he'll build several integrations live on stage, end to end, and show where API Mapper fits into a typical YOOtheme project. He'll close with a demo of the newly released MCP server, which lets anyone describe an integration in plain English to an AI client and have it scaffolded automatically as a YOOtheme Source. Useful both for first drafts and for non-technical team members who want to extend a Source themselves.
